The BPI was invented by ESPN because they couldn't claim exclusive rights to RPI. It's about as accurate as going to the dog track and betting on the dog that takes a shit just before the race starts.

I do have to laugh at some of the Crystal Ball stuff. This guy had three predictions before April 3rd and they were all wrong. I'm not necessarily a fan of this tactic, but it may be that the best thing for PAC12 fans to do is to start contacting the advertisers. Hit them on social media with the old "I won't buy your product if you support the PAC12 network in its current form."
