Drop in demand? That’s not what I’m seeing at all. The reality is appraisers are hesitant to acknowledge how rapidly values are increasing. Speaking of take out, are Tucson restaurants starting to close the indoors and go back to takeout? I'm visiting this weekend and was hoping to take my siblings to Sushi Garden. There are some great newish restaurants in Tucson I’d like to recommend. Nope. Year to year our teams always play tight in close games. There’s no confidence in crunch time. That’s 100% on Miller and backed up by a decade of poor results when it matters most.

Once UCLA's zone was locked in last night they had complete control of the game. Totally got us out of rhythm on both ends of the court. When you can't figure out how to score you lose confidence defensively. We lost this game because of the zone.
