lmfao I approve of this message, except when i don't. They have been consistently lowering the price of their AWS services because of competition from others.

While it is possible that these accounts are being created by TOS to inflate numbers, its also possible that people are being malicious and attempting to create accounts using scripts to do bad things, like scrape content and potentially post/pm users at random. I have seen this a lot on other board...
