Really, really like what the Hawks are doing. I have them pegged for making a run at home court this season. Shooting at all 5 positions, two very good players on amazing contracts (Horford & Millsap) and a TON of cap space. Love the Payne pick and I think they are a move away from being in the ECF...

Houston is a perfect situation for Nick. He should get every possible chance to succeed there. They seem to value intangibles and people who contribute over potential. Trust me, I get all of that . . . but outside of MCW there's not a lot of poop that has stuck so far. And I have no faith that Embiid will ever be 100% healthy. Scout 1 hits it. Scout 2 shows why so many teams draft in the lottery every year. Scout 3...well, shooting is the easiest skill to become competent at. It's easier than making someone a great athlete or giving them a motor.
