Garden Salsa pepper is best ever. Much hotter than a jalepeno, same flavor. Find a chipotle recipe, substitute peppers, add a Thai Hot or two for a boost. Maybe a Tomatillo for flavor. I was supposed be in a foot brace for life after my first surgery. Chronic arthritis after my second. NO just isn't an answer. It will be someday. Just not yet.

Muffley, nerves can reconnect. I proved it against my doctors prognosis after my first spinal surgery. I also disproved my doctor after my second spinal surgery.

as long as the damage isn't an excessive gap.

To make one thing clear, I am now the best version of me in the last 6 years or more. Still issues, hurdles...but I didn't reach 'master' in 2 different martial arts by quitting. Quitting is not my nature. I WILL not! I just have to reinvent myself.
