Rich Rod is untouchable because of the me too movement. Sumlin's track record of recruiting at A&M speaks for itself, if it doesn't improve, he gone.

The University was benefitting from his playing without paying him a scholarship. He may have just weighed another year of paying his own way against trying to get paid something. As long a Tate is here Rich Rod should be here too. He recruited him, he believed in him at QB when no one else did, he coached him up and Tate turned another 3-9 season (maybe worse) into 7-5 so far.
