Re: TJ McConnell's 'MAGIC' Numbers
Teams need to carry three point guards these days. TJ brings something Bayless doesn't and fits that faster pace of play the 76ers play. Redick will presumably eat up minutes combo Bayless would have had at the 2 off the bench. I could be completely off here, but my guess is TJ's playing time will b...

Re: let's talk '18
One of my college coaches (young) used to always walk up to me and say, "Curls are for the girls" whenever he saw me doing them during our team weight room nights. After hearing that about 4 or 5 times, I responded, "Well p*ssy makes me pitch better." Never heard it from him again. ![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

My bigger question would be why anyone is screwing around with an arm blasting workout if you're training for sports? Curls have exactly zero effect on athletic performance. Worst case, you need biceps strength as a balance to your triceps, just like it is important to have a strong back to go with...
Re: Suns luck
Josh Jackson is a good, solid addition. Jackson and Booker can be their wing starters for the next 10-12 years, easily. Coworker of mine that is a huge Suns fan doesn't like the Jackson pick. Not going to be many teams who are better situated at the wings 2-3 years down the road, if any. Booker and...

That happens to a lot of body builders as they age (See Arnold, Ronnie Coleman, etc). Their metabolism slows down yet they still eat like they did in the youth, when it all turned into freakish muscle. They are still stronger and in better cardiovascular shape than most men.
