Yeah, Arenas was a major surprise. Not considered the jewel of the class, but became a starter by day one and an integral part of one of the program’s best ever teams. Overlooked in the NBA draft, but quickly became a star, with his NBA career derailed mostly by injuries (and the gun incident).
