g, have you tried Colon Blow?

im told to get the equal fiber content of one bowl of Colon Blow you would have to eat about 30,000 bowls of normal oat bran cereal -- thats over 10 bowls a day for 8.5 years.

look into it

Yea I mean I don't eat stuff like what Greg posted every day, not even weekly. But I just can't fathom eating the same thing for breakfast or lunch every day. My buddy does that when he's being healthier. Same like 2 or 3 things for breakfast and lunch max for MONTHS.

True story: A woman sued whatever company makes Cap'n Crunch for false advertising, claiming damage to her health for years of eating what she thought were real berries. The judge said the company had zero liability because the plaintiff is clearly an idiot.

Just walked into a Denny's and it's empty. No customers and didn't see any workers for a few minutes. Weird.

We went to Black Bear Diner a couple weeks ago. There was only one other table in use, then they left, and we were the only ones.

They are closed Wednesdays now, and still closed for dinner. They said they cannot hire anyone to stay open longer.

Sounds like they should slash executive pay and bonuses by 10% and raise prices by 10% then they could probably afford to pay everyone $15+/hr with benefits. Would be easy to staff it then and they'd be making more money than they currently are. Easy.

There’s a Denny’s and First Watch near my house. They seem pretty damn busy each day.

I asked the girl who was cooking in the food truck what was in it and she said chicken. The girl outside the truck taking the money said chicken..........and some cat.

It turned out to be chicken and green chilis. It was actually pretty tasty.

That burrito appears to be covered in canned tomato soup. So my guess about what's inside is grilled cheese sandwiches.

310 calorie banana date oatmeal:

In a jar in the fridge, I soak 225 grams of steel cut oats in 10 ounces of water with 5 grams of salt. Every day I heat up 100 grams of that with a little water and a medjool date, and then add a banana.

Great start, yeah? I also add flax meal and chia seeds + more water. Top with banana and frozen wild blueberries plus some PB (and sometimes choco pea protein) and eat between 9-10 am. Full for hrs and sometimes don't want to eat lunch until after 2pm.

Okay you left the 310 calorie zone. I ride my bike and that's it.

Yes. Mostly from the PB, but the protein and fat (usually) stops me from snacking another 300+ of empty cals until lunch, so it works for me.

All Circle K's in the state of Arizona are magnets for the most incredibly seedy clientele. I was pulling up yesterday morning, and out walks this guy with a black eye, bruised face, and grease all over his clothes. He was eating some kind of big danish he just bought or shoplifted inside. I thought, man, he looks happy, and man, does that look good.

For breakfast today I had lunch.

I was supposed to get an ultrasound this morning at 8:30 which required a 6 hour fast beforehand (Last food I had was at 22:00 last night).

So I leave the house later than I meant to cause I have a scratchy throat cough and my permanent post nasal drip and I decided to take a Covid test. Test was negative and I got to the radiology office at 8:26. Reasonable, you say? Yeah. Except in the rush to get out the door I forgot to pick up my referral. So I reschedule for 10:20.

I get back to the clinic at 10:00 and sit and wait until 10:55 to get called. I get out of the clinic at 11:30. Lunch time already! I been 14 hours with out food! How the heck do refugees survive!

FOOD! I NEED FOOD! GIMME FOOD!
