Yup, Rio Nuevo gave $500K to Cafe Poca Cosa about 15 years which has since closed. The new tenant is La Chingada which has more plans downtown and Rio Nuevo is giving them $450K:

So I'm out of town but apparently there was a triple murder homicide in my complex today
i was going to put the ua/asu records here...but i forgot what they were.

Got my truck broken into in front of Maynards garden late Tues night. Idiots missed a ton of good stuff. Left my $100 wireless headphones, tons of tools, drills, first aid kit and offroad recovery gear. But took a bluetooth speaker, knife, sunglasses, and some flashlights. Even left the extra car battery I had in the back. No signs of forcible entry and no webcams. Last time I leave it down there after dark. Was out of my sight for 2 hours and it must have happened then
