So, I'm thinking the Sweet 16 (minus the Champion) from this vote get their names brought back into the vote to be regrouped, even reclassified if the vote changes.

I think we should have 10 vintage or classic entries per year, so I might have a few polls to weed down the entries offered thus far.

We need to have more contemporary types, so current pop-culture phenomenons, actresses, singers, models (if in movies).

So, the likes of Kim Kardashian make some sense.

Others that make a ton of sense are Lena Headey, Emila Clarke, etc, from Game of Thrones.

We also need to have some late night basic cable entries, so Krysten Ritter, Joelle Carter, Natalie Zea.

I get that half the names I mentioned are slightly unfamilar, but the roles aren't, and while I loathe having types the name of Kim Kardashian, she is a quasi celebrity that's oft-celebrated as Hot.
