AIDS is actually really difficult to transmit and yet it found its way though the population based upon sexual habits and the blood bank and the fact that infected persons did not know for a long time about the infection. I'm never one to think that accidents can't happen or calamities such as someone exposed who is in a job who could possibly expose a lot of people either intentionally or accidentally. It is in the nature of these viruses to figure out how to spread. At end stages of the disease, the carrier acts almost unconsciously and can do bad things (in terms of bad decisions which could spread the virus).

Also, "probably" stands as the qualifier. Who knows, perhaps ISIS will become something other than dudes in the Euphrates river valley with AKs.
