Staring Longhorned
In this one-act, one-scene play, the main character -- who is the only character to appear -- goes nameless. He addresses an unseen character, improbably named "Hod".
Act 1
Scene 1
Main Character: "Hey, Hod? Was Jesus an American? I mean, I know Jesus was born long before America and all that, but.... Was Jesus (tears up with emotion) ... an American?"
