Need help, can't upload pictures from my computer

I am trying to upload pictures from my laptop but I get this message "the board attachment quota has been reached." How can I fix this? Thanks.

It always says that to me as well. I always have to upload to a photo hosting site like tinypic

I didn't realize you could even load attachments ever here.
