Bear Down Wildcats

My mouse scroll wheel stops working from time to time on this site only. It will stop and I go to another site and it starts working again. Weird.

Bizarre.

Happens to me too. Might have something to do with some of my extensions. Works once I navigate off and then back. Also happens on one other forum I frequent and only on one computer I use.

Me too. Seems to be a heavy activity thing. It happens when I'm trying to scroll in what seems to be an extremely busy(visits) site or sub-site(say, a thread in Bear Down).

I also experience it outside of Bear Down. An example: I had to try to look theis AM at the video of Melissa McCarthy rolling down a NYC street on a motorized podium with wheels imitating Sean Spicer. http://www.salon.com/2017/05/12/melissa ... er-snl-cnn" target="_blank

I use a Logitech Track Ball mouse.

Having a new issue lately. If I post using the quick reply box there is no problem. However, if I try to post using the full editor & preview box it won't post. I get the following error message:

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Weird.

The only thing new on my computer is a VPN I installed recently.

Certain IP addresses get blacklisted for various reasons. The site's security utilizes several black/whitelists that are updated frequently. If you're connect to an IP that is blacklisted through your VPN, it can cause issues with site functionality.

Turned out my issues were caused by my VPN.
