It's apparently a foul if you so much as fart on Giannis.

The refs always let him go 110mph right into defenders just trying to play straight up D. He's reckless on so many drives because the refs bail him out. His recklessness causes injuries.

So I reiterate. F that guy.

So the Suns will head to Milwaukee up 2-0. 538 has them at 79% chance to win the series

Telling him to use his size to dominate. It was basically a speech to get him to rally. And he did.

They were literally triple teaming him on a few possessions.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

Hope to see him teach the Bucks next game. Just gotta win one in Cheese town

Worst playoff game for DA and he still had a double double. The Bucks D was to stop Ayton and force the Suns to shoot the 3. The Suns offense does a good job of taking what the D is giving, which is why Phoenix shot 40 3s tonight.

The Suns just have too many weapons for the Bucks to try and stop. It's why DA can have an off game and still win by double digits.

What an awesome game to be at. Craig's injury looked bad.
Ayton struggled on offense but he came up big on some defensive plays in the 4th. He wasn't getting the same calls that Giannis was getting on offense.

Give all the credit to Monty. That was a needed sit down with DA and it paid off.

Anyone notice that after Giannis went off in the 3rd for 21 pts, Monty sent DA after him on D? It worked in the sense that it made Giannis work a lot harder in the paint which steered his scoring attempts toward the perimeter.

DA did a ton of stuff that didn't show up in the box score box. For example, on the boards even if the Bucks came down with the rebound it wasn't until after DA made them work pretty hard for it, drawing in more of their players for help.

Giannis is so much fun to watch, I dont know that anyone has made the game look that easy in the shot clock era.

Vegas had a bet that Booker would only hit 2.5 threes haha. By half time we made 11 threes and 1 FT made. Game 1 they made 11 threes all game

Amazing pep talk. Should have been coach of the year:
another from the Bubble after going 8-0:

Giannis is the best player in the series. But if there was a playground style pick-up draft using just the Finals rosters, after Giannis, Booker, CP3, and Ayton are the next three picks. In this order, in my opinion. Heck, I'd probably take Crowder 5th over Middleton and Holiday. Crowder is a better rebounder and defender.

Giannis needs help. Maybe the Bucks guards and role players can step up and win a game. Maybe 2. But I the Suns are deeper, with more talent, and with a coach pushing all the right buttons now.

I am in awe of Giannis. The Bucks roster Is Giannis and a bunch of journeyman/role players.

Funny how that was the way it was in the 80’s and before it seemed. Then Lebrun went to Miami and ushered in the big 3 era in winning a championship. The bucks are on his back hard and if he pulls this off he is one great, great, great player.

BTW, his hands are huge. Gigantic even. His fingers look like they can wrap themselves over two seams of the basketball

Yes they were but the salary structures were quite different then. Today it seems you have two max guys on a roster and one guy taking a pay cut to win a ship.

Back then it seemed you had one guy at the max and a couple other guys below that and the money spread out over the roster.

In any event the only HOF on the bucks roster is Giannis

Scott Foster and a reckless and out of control Giannis (since the refs reward him). Look for a ton of obvious charges that will end up as and-one's for him.

The league wouldn't dare assign Foster to a Suns home game with Paul available. Outside the Donaghy stuff I don't believe in fixes, but I sure as hell believe that Foster is vindictive and on the powerful side of the mutual hatred between himself and Paul. You can hope the other officials check him where they have position but they don't give a shit when 20,000 live fans are on Foster's side. He'll have no accountability tonight.
