A thread dedicated to gifs, tweets, clips, and priceless reactions for the single greatest shooter mine eyes have ever seen. Not even close. Not even hyperbole. Filthy...
For the win from the parking lot.

Iggy calmly hits 2 FTs as regulation expires to send the game to OT.
When Curry hit that shot I jumped up so quick I almost passed out from the blood rush. Got so freaking dizzy. Not sure I've ever had an experience like that watching a basketball game.
It was an incredible game. Shame Durant fouled out. But Curry was off the floor for about that same time with that ankle issue.
I think of all the people on here who say they don't watch the NBA because it sucks and think they are missing one of the best, most fun to watch players in NBA history. He was 12 for 16 from 3 last night. That is insane!
It was only a matter of time before he got the 3's in a game record. I really hope one game he just says screw it and throws up 40 shots just to see how many he drops

You might say he was 2 for 2 from 5 pt range.
The Warriors are a very watchable team and it helps that there is a strong UofA connection.
This was really the first game I watched and I didn't start watching til half time. My daughter watched with me which is very unusual since she doesn't really like to watch sports other than the UofA basketball team and not that religiously. I have told her about Steph Curry before and shown her highlights so she was prepared for what she saw. I want to tell her that the reason to watch sports (other than rooting for your team) is that sometimes you see something that is utterly amazing in personal physical feats. I have been lucky to see quite a few things live. I count this game as one of the amazing things I have ever seen.
Kerr could only muster 122 in a season but had 4 seasons over 50% with his best at 52.4%. This is Steph's best year at 46.8%. Korver shot 53.6% in '09/10 but he's at 42.9% for his career. Really struggling this year(37.9%)
Over 15 years, Kerr made 726/1599 which is 45.4%. Steph beat that before the All Star break of his 5th season. He is currently 1479/3319 which is 44.6%. Whats crazy is Steph will easily break 900 made since '13/14.
Steph needs to finish this season shooting 53% in order to break Kerr's career record. I think the record is safe
Actually, my rather overly disguised point was more along the line of 'of course he's good at shooting threes... look who he has for a teacher'.
Another point I'd like to make is about AzCat49's comment about Coniel Norman's shooting. Norman didn't shoot from the half court line, his favorite shot was mostly from the corner (and from out of the rafters - man he had an arc on his shots).
And another thing: even without the three point shot Arizona averaged over 90 points a game for the season under Snowden. How come we can't get close to averaging 80 points anymore?
His range is astronomical. And his accuracy is bananas. He's going to end the season scoring 30 a game while shooting 50% from the field, 45% from 3, and 90% from the line.

And he only played in the 4th quarter 18 times this season.

That can't be true. If true, that's the single greatest statistic ever.

I think it was that he didn't play at all in the 4th quarter 18 times this season.

I was grateful for the reaction of Barkley, Smith, and company on TNT after the game ended. Validated what I was going through watching that OT. My wife, sitting right next to me, kept saying "what?" every time I went bonkers. "Calm down," she told me at one point. To her it seemed just as boring and unremarkable as any basketball she'd ever seen.
