“I was talking to Frank maybe a month ago and I said, ‘If Solomon Hill had to play right now, I think he’d handle himself pretty well.’ He’s improved a ton,” said Larry Bird. “He’s a hard worker, he’s out there every day beating it. He’s going to be valuable next year."
Sure hope he makes it, one of my all time favorite Cats.
he’s out there every day beating it
Which just happens to be illegal most places.

From what we saw from his time at Arizona, you just knew he wasn't going to quietly fade into obscurity. His time will come, and I truly believe he'll be more than ready.

Not if you know where and how. The U of A library, no, that's bad.
Solomon gets it. The Pacers seem impressed and invested. Stevenson is a FA, so there's a role potentially opening for him to get more time.

Solo is the man. A terrific role model for any young player paying attention to how players can grow with fierce determination. No doubt in my mind he'll play a real role in the Pacer's future.
Then, with a pro career under his belt my money says he'll have a great future as a coach. This guy is just filled with leadership and character. My dream is he'll swing through Tucson as a Cat's Assistant at some point.

One of my all-time favorite Cats. Such a calm, hardworking, humble guy. If anyone deserves success in the NBA, it's Solo. Good luck!!!!

My guess is that his image will be bigger on the Wildcats wall of fame at McKale than Derrick Williams'. I never would have seen that coming back in 2011, but that's why they call me stupid.

No. They call you stupid because you're an idiot.

I don't remember Hill ever going for a single hand dunk while he was at Arizona.

He basically finished Belmont on a breakaway with one in the tourney in 2013 and he had one balling out against Washington in a loss in 2012. Two that stick out in my mind.

I think I remember one against UCLA in the tourney game in 2013

Call me stupid or an idiot (because who calls themselves those things?), but I remember some dunks and drives when the ball would slip out of his hand.

Just saw it on Sportscenter. So proud of him. Hope Indiana fans are starting to realize how special he is.
