Streaming options?

So, was wondering what everyone's best streaming option was for nfl games?
I'm hoping to find, for the nfl, something like I found for pac12 college games (which is xrxs.net) where you get a link, open that link in a media player, and get a real high quality stream (720p or greater sometimes).

I know the usual flash streaming sites, but those have had rather poor quality for me in the past, and am hoping someone might know of a better option for the upcoming football year (or even tonight, so I can catch the espn coverage of Chicago's preseason game).
