High schooler with the first ever sub-10 second 100m dash

Couldn’t find any mention of this, but this Texas kid has just blown up over the last few months. A couple of weeks ago he ran a 9.98 wind-aided 100m race. He’s the first ever high schooler to break the 10 second barrier under any conditions. He has just followed that up with a wind-legal 10.13, which is a high school national (possibly world) record.
Oh, and he just started running the 100 this year. Previously he ran the 400 and did high and long jump. In the last race of his high school career, he ran the 4x400 in the Texas state championships with 4 of the 7 fastest team times in the country. He anchored and was given the baton with about a 3 second (15-20 yard) deficit. He ran a 21 second first 200 and out kicked the other guy with a 44.74 split. There have been past Olympics when that split would have gotten a competitor into the finals. Unreal stuff.
