4-0 Euros already.
US lost all 4 foursomes Friday morning in Italy.
There's only been one team to lose on home soil in like 20 years so not looking good for the US.

Interesting move by the Europeans moving foursomes to the morning session where they have dominated over the years.
And we are not doing that well in 4-ball either.
This might be over after the first day.

Over before it got started. They poured it on with great play. Fitz went 6 under in 5 holes. Tough to beat that.
Saw a former Euro cupper take offense that only 9 of the 12 guys came over for the practice rounds. Guess they are keeping receipts, it’s the new thing

10.5 to 5.5 so we have a punchers chance. Had to win 3 out of 4 matches in 4 ball to even get that close.
Cantley birdied 17 and 18 to flip the match from 1 down to 1 up. Big momentum change there.
Koepka and Scheffler got beat 9-7 in the morning and really just quit. This has been a bad showing by the USA team

Hard to believe the Euros haven't finished off the US yet, but they will eventually pull this out and take the Cup (they have clinched the tie).
Since the last Ryder Cup I have acquired a Brit son-in-law so I don't have as much Euro hate as I used to

And Fowler puts it in the lumber yard and that should do it.

Curd stomped on that first day. To tough to come back from 5 points down on day 1. We just struggle in foursomes and always have. Taking 5 weeks off prior to the cup was not smart

The last 5 have been lopsided home wins. Time to change something in order to keep it “financially” interesting.
