From the early games, I can tell I did not watch nearly enough college bb this year. I think my bracket is going to be shit after today.

They were up 8 boards on Baylor with about 7min to go and up 11 pts. Baylor finally turned it on and has about erased that. Does Yale foul if they make both?

What a way for Baylor to lose.

what happened at the end? i've been eyeing the score ticker.

always fun to see a 12 sink a 5.
big12 is 1-2 this far, i believe. actually, might as well call it 2-2 at this point...

Who picked Yale?

Last good play for Baylor (down 2 I think) their guard has his man back pedaling and went behind his back with the dribble but his feet slipped out on the move. TO, fouls, both made to make it 4 and 2 seconds left 55 foot shot missed.

I picked Yale in 2 of my 4 brackets (but sadly not my BearDownWildcats bracket)

I picked Yale in one bracket, Baylor in the other. Knew it would go down to the wire, so I hedged my bets on that one.

My first thought was that he believed they still had a lead and was running out the clock. Not sure.

That was one hell of a shot. At work when it went in, it got so noisy. Luckily we have some tv's in our operations center with the game on.

So with these 12s from mid majors winning is it all about just guard play? I see that Yale had out boarded their league too, but geez its the Ivy! I hope our guards can handle van bleep bleep

Seriously. Have not heard one person say the UA guards are better than WSU's. Not sure Allen and PJC are even UA good. Trier of course is. York has no handles, average defender, and a very streaky shooter.

I'm also worried that they cause a lot of turnovers (#1, kenpom Defense), & Arizona happens to be very turnover prone.

You can bet your bottom dollar that the WSU coaches have been drilling that into the players head.

I expect the WSU transition game to be potent from our lazy passes and turnover issues.

WSU's guards are equal if not better and are amazing defensively. This game completely hinges on the play of Allen, York and PJC. If the three of them are off, we absolutely cannot win.
