Re: Sean Miller
Yes Hank, but I don't get pleasure out seeing a man's career destroyed to save a freaking malignant disgusting criminal enterprise ran for profit under the facade of amateurism.
Sean Millers career has been irrevocably harmed and he is being singled out. You're hatred for the man blinds you to an objective evaluation of a sporting full spectrum dominance criminal enterprise that is literally a racket of lies and fraud from top to bottom. Stunningly millions of people are fully in support of maintaining this abject fraud.
By association the UofA BB program has been crushed and is about to enter the dark-age for a few years, or maybe longer. So now the gleeful asshat conference coaches and AD's who have longed to bring Arizona BB to its knees can rejoice. They got their wish.
Now the conference can become a complete BB shit-hole and afterthought with NIT aspirations from now on for as far as the eye can see.
I would be very surprised if Sean is coaching here next year, however that unfolds.

Re: Sean Miller
So let's say there is $100,000 in the mix. The FBI and NCAA have cleared Ayton so it sure looks like it didn't go to him (or his family). Who is accused of paying who?

Clearly something doesn't add up.
And really, what reason do we have to not take Miller at his word?

If Miller solicited $100K for a recruit, he's done, even if that money never materialized.

Yes please let it happen and let all of those talking hacks at ESPN be subjected to a far reaching slander and libel lawsuit and maybe even a few commentator and executive jobs being lost along the way.UAEebs86 wrote:Mmmmmmm..... Sounds like someone threatened to sue ESPN

LAWSUIT
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?
Re: Sean Miller
Hence the vindication statement. This is going to be epic

Except for "getting pleasure out of seeing a man's career destroyed" and "my HATRED for the man" I couldn't agree with your statement more.Gladiator Cat wrote:Yes Hank, but I don't get pleasure out seeing a man's career destroyed to save a freaking malignant disgusting criminal enterprise ran for profit under the facade of amateurism.

But just for YOU Gladiator: My focus, with every post, has entirely been on what is best/or pragmatic/or most helpful to the University's well being, whether that concerns Basketball (mostly) or the University's reputation overall.
And I consistently have kept this (the above) in mind whether Lute was our coach, KO was the coach, Russ Pennell or regarding what's going on today.
So feel free to tell your friends who "I hate" but don't make up your shit with me.....as you think you know what I'm thinking......and my intent.
Re: Sean Miller
Punitive damages! Losing a 5 star recruit and your coaches services for the night is no small thing.
Re: Sean Miller
I called Schlabach out on Twitter and he responded.
I asked why he didnt give Ayton a chance to respond BEFORE he ran the story. The response I got:
"We did Skipper."
So why in the article does he not say "Ayton refused to comment"
It really is poor reporting.

It wasn’t everyone... there are only a handful of fuckingn morons on this board who adored Rick the Dick and have for whatever reason deplored CSM.prh wrote:I really like how people wanted to wait until we had hard evidence of RR's wrongdoing before turning on him, but are more than happy to turn on Miller based off unsubstantiated leaks
Some people have no intuition, street smarts, or ability to judge character.
We will see how this ends... but right now Heeke and Robbins are throwing their reputations on the train tracks for Miller.

They said it twice just before the end of the half of the scummies game. Said more info during halftime show but nothing mentioned yet.
They said something like "wow, breaking news, ESPN reporting CSM relieved of his duties at Arizona."

Re: Sean Miller
For all of you calling for Miller's head based on nothing but a so-called report leaked by someone who clearly has an agenda ..................fuck you all. Miller, in his entire time at Arizona, has never given me any reason to doubt what has said or done. Some on you haters can't even hide your glee, as much as you try to deny it. The rest of us will just wait to see how everything shakes out.
Re: Sean Miller
If they are reporting it on-air, it would replace the "Miller out tonight" on the front page. Not fired. Stupid whoever started that on twitter

So, looks like those announcers mispoke - halftime report did not mention anything not previously reported.
