Wow!
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

I saw Tyger say “no fouls” in the huddle so I guess that was the plan.

Re: Tourney Thread
Then it was a dumb plan. They could have fouled the first guy who touched the ball easily.

I thought UCLA was done after they fucked up the end of regulation. Nice job taking control in OT.

Congrats to Coach Cronin and the Bruins. Job well done. Cronin still showing Miller how it's done by not fading in the clutch. Hope the Bruins make the Final Four; something else Miller will have to chew on before he gets fired. This would mean UCLA would have been in the Final Four 4 times since UA last went decades ago. Just thought I'd put a little honest perspective on things.

Such a bad match up for the ducks which is to baD only because I wish we could have all four teams playing to go to the FF.
Great gutty win by the Bruins. Now to take down Michigan which might be to much to ask for

The Elite 8 will feature:
5 teams seeded 1,2 or 3
Plus
3 PAC schools
The Cinderella’s are all from the PAC

Always nice watching Oregon lose
I'd be okay if they beat Gonzaga, oregon st I don't care about and I'd never root for UCLA even at gunpoint

I think Gonzaga wins but USC looks like the team mostly to give the Zags fits. I’m intrigued by this game

Enfield isn't the best coach in the Pac, but he's done a great job this year. I was surprised how easily USC beat Oregon.

I'd said this above, but SC has tough personnel for Oregon. Size matters.Beachcat97 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 29, 2021 9:05 am Enfield isn't the best coach in the Pac, but he's done a great job this year. I was surprised how easily USC beat Oregon.

Athletic size, we have had size and Altman puts on a coaching clinic every time he plays us.Spaceman Spiff wrote: ↑Mon Mar 29, 2021 10:49 amI'd said this above, but SC has tough personnel for Oregon. Eh, we should have won at home vs Oregon, but a bad finish stopped that. We had last second losses to them in OT and double OT last year.gronk4heisman wrote: ↑Mon Mar 29, 2021 10:53 amAthletic size, we have had size and Altman puts on a coaching clinic every time he plays us.Spaceman Spiff wrote: ↑Mon Mar 29, 2021 10:49 amI'd said this above, but SC has tough personnel for Oregon. It sucks being 0-4 out of those games, but we were seconds from 3-1. It's probably me being overly emotional, but the Oregon L at home was my last McKale game pre-Covid and we should have won despite Pritchard turning into Steph Curry.
Oh well, que sera, sera.

All we needed was one Josh Green free throw. Just one.Spaceman Spiff wrote: ↑Mon Mar 29, 2021 11:19 amEh, we should have won at home vs Oregon, but a bad finish stopped that. The Beavers are really struggling on offense right now.
Re: Tourney Thread
For the most part the Free Throw shooting in this Tournament has been atrocious.

Re: Tourney Thread
As we know it’s about match ups. Those two forwards on the Beavs really excelled vs the other teams they played. Houston has neutralized those two and switched the advantage in other area to the cougars
1-3-1 causing Houston all kinds of issues though. This team believes and we might just see an epic comeback. I can’t imagine what the fans of Oregon St are feeling
