I vaguely remember a year back in the late '70s or early '80s when they won either the NAIA basketball or baseball championship and had to forfeit due to having alcohol in the locker room celebration.

How impressive was GCU. They are very much for real. They have a huge following, influential boosters and I am sure a legit NIL program. They are going to be a difficult out coming up

They have a very Duke of the West vibe going on. Be interesting to see if GCU can keep Drew and continue building that program upwards.

The team that scares me the most in the West is Baylor. They are similar to Oregon/WSU......they are very long and athletic.

WSU had the largest starting lineup in college basketball this year.......and we all know what they did to us. Baylor is only slightly smaller than WSU.

The current NCAA broadcast status (CBS,TNT, TBS & TRU) totally lacks the true excitement of the first two rounds - the simultaneity of multiple games!

When ESPN had it, they'd frequently cut in on whatever game you were watching.with big plays, close finishes, and, especially upsets. Now, almost nada! And, it takes multiple clicks to switch between games!!

To make matters worse, most of the broadcasters/commentators are Dillard's that evidence litte familiarity with players/teams, except a few stars and stats...

After a few non-Arizona games, I'm bored shirtless... ... THE THRILL IS GONE!!!
