Texas Tech playing their usual great defense and out hustling Louisville. Less than 3 to go and they lead by 10

Both #1 Louisville and #4 Maryland lose tonight.

I still think one of Louisville, Maryland or Ohio State win the Natty because they all return >50% scoring from last year and will likely be top 12/#3 seed or better.

Although I don't trust Turgeon, so I think it's OSU or Louisville who wins it all

Here's one from out in left field: battle of former Arizona assistants.

James Whitford's Ball State team leading Josh Pastner's G'tech 31-15 at the half. I can't see Pastner surviving past this season in Atlanta.

If I remember, he has some crazy buyout structure, and that's the only reason he was even retained after last season. Good agent. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong though

the PAC12 is 91-30 so far this season, if Wash St holds on tonight 92-30.

that’s a .754 winning percentage.

Oregon State
Stanford
Colorado
USC
Utah

are all much better this season

Oregon
Washington
Arizona

are top 25

ASU is interesting at 8-3

UCLA
CAL
WSU

are the bottom feeders and all have winning records

its not the best, but it’s drastically better.

the winner of this conf, and more than likely top two, will get high seeds in March.

the losing across the nation this season has been incredible, especially at the top - twelve top 10 teams have lost to unranked opponents so far this season with Maryland be the latest tonight breaking the all time record for top 10 loses to unranked opponents before January 1st in history.

the PAC12 is far from perfect, but much improved from the last few years - not one losing record so far through 92games.

in a down year for top ranked teams and/or a dominant cluster, the PAC12 could benefit with the top 25% of the conf finishers looking pretty good in the spring as far as seeding goes and should get five teams in the dance rather easily.

Agree with that.

Oregon State, Stanford, Utah, Colorado, USC and ASU are all legit contenders to make the tournament. There will be plenty of cannibalism for the next few months but a few could emerge. Wouldn’t surprise me to see a 6 or 7 bid league.

Illinois just won again. Beat Purdue, Wisky and Rutgers this week. Right now, looking like a tourney team.

Baylor up 13 at KU.

Don’t tell me Arizona isn’t a really good team.

Clemson 8-7 (unranked) who is 2-3 in conference and just lost four straight just beat #3 Duke 15-1(5-0 in conference) by 7 and pretty much led the entire game (with a few moments out)...

I got money that says Duke moves down only 1 spot...and Clemson bumps Colorado when we beat the buffs but we remain unranked.

Conference road games are insane this year.

Another loss for Michigan, at home to Penn State. Dropped four of last five.

Perfect example of a team that has talent to play with anyone when the games are looser during the non conference and coaches are still figuring out what they have. Now that conference play is in full swing, if you have a weakness, it will be exposed.

True. But winning on the road in a Power 5 Conference isn’t easy and Illinois continues to do so. I don’t get excited if someone wins at Northwestern, or California, but continuing to pile up wins is the bottom line.
