C'mon Gaels. Make it interesting.

Zags had a real low dime rate for that game. I wonder if it's fallen off after Tommy's departure.

No doubt miss Tommy, but they also lost Nembhard and Holmgren to the draft.

tf is wrong with colorado state's student section? from tonight's game:
csu's athletic dept issued an apology and said it was a small group on individuals in the student section, but the clip is floating around on social media and you can hear the chanting pretty clearly. wtf, man

Is Ft. Collins a redneck backwater? I don't remember ever being there.

Don't need Texas getting a really good road win.

Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

If Tubelis played for Duke every talking head in the country would be slobbing his knob and never forgetting to cup his balls.
But of course we know that from how they worshiped JJ Redick and paid zero attention to Salim Stoudamire.

Demeaning a fanbase who called him out for an objectively flawed statement.
Dude, and seriously, were people upset about the inclusion of JTT? Who went for 8 & 4 in his first game back.
At least tony Perkins had 42 & 5 over the two games that week.
The mahaney kid had a great 2nd half against Gonzaga
Reese was 26 & 16 over the 2 games, that's better than Lively
So let's see here, none of them are better than Zu.
He must be listing the players that played basketball for some college teams, who are not named Zu.

Bet the sponsor's of college game day would be interested in hearing how he just loss customers for them. Every big company has a customer/investor relationship team. If everyone that mposted to Seth posted them there might be a discussion from the ESPN execs.

Re: 2022-23 non PAC-12 games
My first ever college game attendance in the 60s when I was +/-8 years old. Vandy had a guy named Perry Wallace .... "who enrolled at Vanderbilt in 1966, was the first African American varsity basketball player in the Southeastern Conference. Wallace received numerous honors during his time on campus, winning the SEC Sportsmanship Trophy after a vote by league players."
It was illegal to dunk back then (I think?) but he could score at the rim with the iron just behind his head in a reverse OG alley oop.

When do 30 year old men get to play college basketball?
Re: 2022-23 non PAC-12 games
"New Mexico State University is suspending operations for the men's basketball program until further notice," the school's statement said Friday. "NMSU personnel were recently informed of new allegations, separate from the events that took place in Albuquerque late last year, involving potential violations of university policy. While those allegations are being investigated, the men's basketball coaching staff has been placed on paid administrative leave. The game scheduled for February 11 against California Baptist will not be played."

Re: 2022-23 non PAC-12 games
Calipari has been in the doghouse with Kentucky basketball fans for a while. Maybe it was back in 2018 I started hearing more than a few rumblings of their disappointment, which was Calipari's 9th season and the first in which Kentucky finished outside the Top 2 spots in SEC standings. In now five seasons since the Wildcats have been pretty hard up for much success and Wildcats fans sound ready to move on. The difference is mainstream outlets are realizing the disappointment of Kentucky fans as well. From the NY Post:
"At a minimum. Last March’s epic loss to Cinderella Saint Peter’s felt fluky...Instead, it seems to be part of a concerning recent trend at Kentucky, as this proud, powerhouse program fades under John Calipari."
"It’s fair to wonder if Calipari, despite his recruiting prowess, has lost his fastball at the age of 64. He certainly isn’t bringing it like he once did. There is no other explanation for this team to find itself in its current predicament. It returned Oscar Tshiebwe, the National Player of the Year a season ago, point guard Sahvir Wheeler and sharpshooter CJ Fredrick. It brought in a top-five recruiting class led by five-star wings Cason Wallace and Chris Livingston, and added quality Illinois State transfer Antonio Reeves. The team was ranked fourth in the preseason. It was expected to be one of the nation’s premier teams."
Despite Calipari maintaining his elite recruiting, Kentucky fans have given up any expectation in Calipari's competence to coach up and coordinate talent that should other have no setbacks adjusting to college basketball's top level. Kentucky's own fans wonder why it isn't more noticeable to elite talent to maybe stay away. Kentucky's next recruiting class has the #2, #3, and #4 players nationally (247).

Interesting revelation about Brandon Miller from Alabama.
No. 2 Alabama will face South Carolina on the road just one day after a court hearing revealed Crimson Tide freshman phenom Brandon Miller’s shocking connection to a murder, allegedly committed by his former teammate.
His connection was he gave the shooter the gun. Nate Oats says they have known about it for awhile and he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Uh....maybe not Nate but of course we are talking about Bama.
