I don't think your question was ever answered, but by looking through the thread, I'm going to say it is York. If Miller had run York off the team or never played him, I might understand how the Compton Magic would be upset. This seems very petty on their part.

Miller did not have the final say, but being the head coach his opinion carried the most weight. First warning light for me went off when Leaf didn't even make it to the final 15. UCLA makes sense. I'm guessing Oregon and SDSU are just up there with no intent on going, maybe to make it seem like this wasn't an obvious "I'm dipping Arizona for UCLA."
