Well you are going to have to sit through 1hr 58 min of a felon talking about how his life was. We have already read what Bill and Townsen said and heard it under oath which is different then when a felon says "in my opinion". You have 5 level 1 infractions. The NCAA was due to answer your response to the allegations but I think that has been postponed because of the virus. I look forward to seeing that too. Kansas faces real drama not a PR issue .

[T]he enforcement staff's assertion that KU refuses to accept responsibility is wrong. The University absolutely would accept responsibility if it believed that violations had occurred...

Baghdad Bob assures you the texts of Self directing their Adidas handlers to steer recruits are absolutely, in no way shape or form, anything remotely similar to incriminating pieces of evidence.

Also, Adidas handler's apology to Self for FAILING to land Ayton despite trying to buy his participation for a measly $15K has to hurt doubly hard

Pathetic that we caught all the flak for the terribly reported "insider" info when the $15k payment to Ayton had nothing to do with us, but instead with KUs terrible involvement/management of shoe company inner-workings. Of course, it'd be too hard for Fran Fraschilla and ESPN to feature Kansas every Big Monday if the story headlined them instead.

Someone predicted that Kansas's goose was cooked two years ago. My fear is that they will hit Arizona with the head-coach responsibility violations. Now the difference is you had Book lining his own pockets vs institutionalized cheating to promote a program with head coaching knowledge and involvement. Still the NCAA has to come up with something.

Fuegs you got some explaining to do to the NCAA. Ask USC how it pays to say FU to the governing body of your sport....lol

Well this has been recommended to the Independent Accountability Resolution Process. If they get it they can refer to the Independent resolution panel. Below is a description of their authority.
"An independent resolution panel (IRP), consisting of five independent members with legal, higher education and/or sports backgrounds, would hear the case and decide what penalties the Jayhawks would face. The IRP's decision is final, and there are no appeals." No appeal fuegs. Gonna be feasting on some Jayhawk soon.

Kansas's initial response perfectly describes the nothing burger which is the NCAA's allegations. Nothing new with their follow-up response. They are violating their own by-laws and nothing will stick.

I’m game but let me know how you will measure this? Zero penalties or no post season ban vs a post season ban?

Personally I am rooting for KU vs those corrupt people at the NCAA. The shoe companies paid the kids and so what, they should get paid. But you say any of us won’t pay a price is probably to hopeful on our part.

If you really hate the NCAA that much, root for proportionate penalties (what would 5 Level 1’s warrant in that scenario) and similar for Duke after Williamson testified...

... The major powers/TV-connected would abandon the NCAA before any of it was actually enforced, and take the TV $$$$ with them....

But your point PC points to the trade off with money. Take out the blu bloods and the money disappears and we know the NCAA will not fo that. They are a greedy bunch that group. They pounded OSU and will any second tier program that doesn’t upset the fabric of college b-ball’s popularity and viewership. They would love to add AZ to that list while keeping Duke and others sacred and protected

Kansas will get a multi-year post-season ban. They're dead to rights here. The precedent set by OK State ruling should be alarming to every implicated school - schools like Auburn, LSU, USC, and Arizona should expect a single year. Schools like NC State, Kansas, and Louisville should expect multiple years.

Sure …...if you are wrong you disappear into the corn fields for one year from the date any level 1's are substantiated. I will disappear onto the beaches in SoCal for the same period of time if you have no level 1's substantiated. Sounds fair.....got a deal fuegs?

So what was the UT defense there? Let him go coast to coast for an easy layup and play for the last shot?

Calculating from one screenshot to the next, that means Kansas scored 24 points in the last 22 minutes of the game. Nice.

Well Kansas has fired Les Miles and he won 3 games in two years while paying him 2+ million. About 700K per victory. Now it looks like the AD is toast. Makes me wonder where Self stands when he gets a multi year ban.
