Yeah I'd pretty much forgotten about that. Sent uab to msg for the nit instead of us. Had blocked that from my memory. Good thing we don't really lose at home any more. Should be riding a 30 home game win streak when Utah comes in in January.

Trying to get into this Illinois-Villanova game. Man, if I were an Illini fan it's so obvious how emptied handed Cliff Alexander left them. He's exactly the inside force this team with otherwise good guard play really needs.

Michigan woke up today and realized they can fix everything with a win in McKale. Season starts on Saturday for them. They're going to be pumped. And we're going to give them all the confidence they need by the first TV timeout. Nothing tells a team that they're in this thing like keeping your best player on the bench.

Michigan absolutely cannot afford to lose 3 games in a row. A win at McKale is a huge resume builder and would at least cancel out the NJIT and EMU losses on their tourney resume. A loss is just another nail in the coffin. I expect them to play like their season is on the line . . . because it is.

Michigan will surely play better...if only from the mere fact that it is impossible to play any worse. I can imagine it is hard to get "up" for those crap teams, and then you find yourself struggling.

They will be "up" for the game in McKale...but it won't matter anyway.

Oh, and quit building up Michigan. A team that loses at home to NJIT, is not going to miraculously go on the road and be some juggernaut. Arizona wins that one by 30.
