Roy has been sour on the UNC crowd for a while. It's fair. UNC is a big time program, but that wine and cheese crowd rep has been around for a long while.

I'm a bit surprised he doesn't reference our set-up at McKale; how Byrne balances the student-nonstudent crowds to maximize atmosphere/earnings.

I recall when they redistributed the allocation; lots of complaints by non-student ticket holders (losing their seats) but you gotta admit the crowd has been much louder since then. I frequently look at the crowd that is shown by the cameras and they mostly look like they are watching a movie at the theater. Of course, we are seeing the crowd sitting behind the benches; not the student section.

I was surprised as well, always nice to be an example of a top flight crowd for college BB.

The UNC crowd is spot on. Roy is always complaining about it comparing to Cameron, which you really can't do apples to oranges but whatever.

If Miller goes to UNC someday, he'll miss the home AND away advantage that CATS nation gives him and of which he's routinely spoken to.

Nobody in America would move to North Carolina now. Especially if it involves the board of trustees and that state government.
