I'm not sure how ASu has developed a reputation for an "innovative" offense. Every time they complete a pass out of a fairly standard route pattern the commentators can't point out quickly enough how that play is "vintage ASu" and Norvell is an offensive genius. It's almost every game comments like this are being made.

I think in a general sense it's just that UW is not a good team. Take not good teams on the road and they find ways to lose, even to other very average teams.

Well that's the bummer isn't it? UW found a way to lose this game against ASU because they suck. But it was still more than enough to beat our brains in.
