Good Lord there must only be like 5-7k Stanford fans at this bowl. Imagine only that many Arizona fans showing up to a bowl held in Tucson or the east valley

You know I have heard exactly 1 ad for the cactus bowl so I just can't imagine with the little marketing some of these smaller bowls do that they could get large crowds past the tickets the teams sell.

I would think both print ads and TV ads would be prohibitive in the bay area. These bowls have to be tough sells

Now 14-0.

TCU looks like they are running up and down on that "vaunted" 'Ole Miss defense.

Yep, if Ohio St can hold on the vaunted SEC West will go 2-5 in bowl games.

Everyone remember when Ferentz was this hot shot coach destined for the NFL?

I can't remember that far back either.

Annual salary $3.65M a year. Signed through 2020. Has a great agent.

Still one of the highest paid coaches in football. Been there for 16 seasons now. After they lose this game to Tennessee, he will have gone 73-52 his last 10 years with only 2 9+ win seasons, a 3-5 bowl record and only 2 top 25 finishes. Is winning 7-8 games a year top 10 salary worthy?
