There may not be a bigger a-hole in the NFL than Vontaze Burfict. Fought with guys in the pregame. Fighting in the first quarter. By halftime he might end up biting someone.

As if Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict didn’t have enough stuff to worry about after last night’s game against the Steelers, here’s another.
Video has emerged online of Burfict deftly driving his knee into the right shoulder of Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, after Burfict sacked him onto it.
Burfict’s illegal hit on receiver Antonio Brown already will be reviewed by the league office, and given Burfict’s history he could be suspended to start the 2016 season.
Regardless of whether he’s specifically disciplined for giving Ben the business after Ben was already on the ground, Burfict’s behavior won’t win him any brownie points at Park Avenue.

NFL should adopt the college rule where once any part of your body touches the ground besides your hands and feet then you are automatically down.
Seems it would save a lot of injuries.

When Michael Schumacher attempted to murder Jacque Villeneuve in 1997, all he got was a little slap on the wrist - and he admitted that he was attempting to kill him. And countries like Australia that normally ban foreigners of low moral character (like folks who purposely try to murder people) continued to give him working visas for years.
Vontase will probably be voted onto the Player's Union Health and Safety Committee.

I believe Burfict is one of the main reasons college ball adopted the Targeting Penalty call soon after he left. He would have been out every other game in his college career if it had been in place while at ASU.
