So is it a stretch to say UCLA has the worst starting quarterback in the Pac-12?

8-26 for 2 interceptions (and 2 tds). Yeah he's pretty bad.
Even we have a chance to beat UCLA this year.

I'm sure our defense will make him look like a Heisman candidate.

No sh#t. Yates is done. He coaches safeties and that group got lit up and his defense paid the price for it. Freaking Hawaii receiver said we had one coverage in certain situations and they knew where we would be. Let’s give Chuck a try

So, counting the weird week 0 game, 3 games last night, and 2 games tonight the PAC-12 will play half their games before the first real Saturday of the season. Has kind of a G5 feel to it.

The announcers said Oregon has the best offensive line in the nation? That seems a stretch doesntbit. Looking pretty good on their opening drive vs Auburn

Good thing Oregon decided to start running out the clock mid-way through the third quarter.

A Pac12 team loses a big game, no surprise there. Oregon went into a hole repeatedly throwing 3 yard roll out passes. I thought they had the number 1 draft pick but I'm having a hard time thinking of a time they threw down the field in the second half.

Isn’t funny how teams that have questionable coaching always seem to blow the game. Oregon should have won that game easily given how they looked for 3 quarters

Pac 12 football is truly dead. No one shows up to games anymore unless it's Oregon. ASUs stadium looks about as exciting as a retirement home and is like 70% empty.
I wouldn't be surprised if Arizona and ASU combined on 13 home games this year average like 38000 in actual real attendance. Fan apathy is at its peak for both programs.

Doesn’t bode well for our game tomorrow. NAU might shut us out given our coaches.

Aaah......we ain’t getting shut out tomorrow ...and while we’re at it, what does ASU sucking in a game have anything to do with our game tomorrow? Man up and give the team your support. Even the coaches....
...in the mean time... Down with Sparky, Go Wildcats!

Players get my support, coaches should be fired. This game will tell us nothing. The Hawaii game vs Oregon St might be more telling.
As far as the thread, this is a PAC 12 thread right. We are in that conference and we do have s game tomorrow. Seeing ASSU struggle with a more than capable set of coaches struggle concerns me given we had a full off season to prepare for Hawaii. With only two weeks to prepare for NAU it gives me some concern. Sumlin is 4-7 after a bye week with 5 straight losses. Yes we should roll NAU, but so should have ASSU tonight. Larry Scott has destroyed this conference. We've always had attendance issues as a whole but in the last 5 years the conference has just been starved into nothing. Arizona, ASU, UCLA, Cal, Colorado, Stanford all have bad attendance and the other 6 schools all have just ok attendance, depending on how good the team is.

Yep, I was just talking to my daughter about this. Larry has destroyed the pac 12. He needs to be axed asap before more damage is done. We may never recover

Based on how UCLA is playing fans were right to stay home.
But yes, Larry needs to go. How every president isn't in agreement with this is beyond me.

Hawaii takes down Oregon St.
Their game felt much more competitive than ours for what that's worth.
