So if I want to start the Bowl Season as an obnoxious conference chest thumper (“SEC! SEC! SEC!”) who am I supposed to root for in today’s throwaway Independence Bowl? Cal, who is abandoning the Pac 12 like Arizona? Or Texas Tech in the Big 12 conference Arizona is leaving for?

Guys on RR’s Jax St team look just about the same size then when he was in a P5 conference with Arizona.

Joiner was out there doing his thing so I am rooting for him and RR to win. Also rooting for Cal because they have no fans and I think they could use a fan or two

Looks like a lot of money losing bowls for the teams. UA would have lost their shirt in the Gilden New Mexico bowl if it wasn't for the other PAC teams making bank in the major bowls.
