This could get ugly if we don't score here

That will pretty much happen no matter what with Red/Blue airing in an hour.dmjcat wrote:Well folks, at this point in the game (and season), we are now staring at a losing season.
The Cats need to pull their heads out, bear down and find a way to win this game or 99% of the posters here will
be over on the basketball board by 10pm.
STeams............another coach that needs to find alternative employment after the season is over (yes, I know, it will never happen but it should)Merkin wrote:What a fucking idiot on the ST
Unbelievably moronic.Merkin wrote:What a fucking idiot on the ST
Colorado wants it more.........this is all on the coaches.AZCatGirl wrote:We have pretty much fallen apart.
It funny that they havent adjusted to that offensive set. That Multiple TE package is killing them.TheGreatCatsby wrote:Agree you can see it a mile away what they're going to do.cordera89 wrote:I wonder how Casteel hasn't figure out that every time Colorado goes in a Pro Style look and still haven't figure out it yet.

Obviously you and I have talked about this many times, about how important ST are and how these high powered, highly paid coaches just seem to shine them on.Merkin wrote:Joe Rob is available. He was only the SEC ST COY and wants to return to Arizona.
You think RR brought Casteel with him with the security that Arizona fans would give him time no matter how bad the D was?dmjcat wrote:7 yards on first down.......and the Cats CB's are lining up 10 yards off the ball
And that's why you bring pressure. Forget getting the sack: it forces bad throws, it causes hits on the QB, it gets in his headdirtbags wrote:yesss, suck it, loofah
I would love to see the UA dump Casteel (and most of the Defensive coaches) and go find the most promising young D coach on TCU's staff , (make him the D coordinator) and implement the 4-2-5 scheme.catgrad97 wrote:You think RR brought Casteel with him with the security that Arizona fans would give him time no matter how bad the D was?dmjcat wrote:7 yards on first down.......and the Cats CB's are lining up 10 yards off the ball
U of A has a football tradition, and it is defense. And what is out there for us tonight is an embarrassment.
It really is. Cost Stoops his job at least a year early, who felt that ST is for walk ons and scrubs who want to try and get playing time in the "real" game.SCCats wrote:Obviously you and I have talked about this many times, about how important ST are and how these high powered, highly paid coaches just seem to shine them on.Merkin wrote:Joe Rob is available. Don't start this argument about RR and Casteel on the Defense we don't need that kind of talk.catgrad97 wrote:You think RR brought Casteel with him with the security that Arizona fans would give him time no matter how bad the D was?dmjcat wrote:7 yards on first down.......and the Cats CB's are lining up 10 yards off the ball

Or 9 slot receivers. Rugby punter, height/corner pin punter, 35 and in automatic FG kicker, 40-50 yard 50% leg FG kicker.Merkin wrote:It really is. Even RR will not give a kicker or punter a scholie until they earn it after being a walk on. But having 7 QBs on the roster is OK.
I still cannot believe how Joe Rob was completely ignored for ST coach.Merkin wrote:It really is. Actually, you're right. If this O cannot score more than 17 points on Colo-fucking-rado then we need more talk about that kind of crap performance instead.cordera89 wrote:Don't start this argument about RR and Casteel on the Defense we don't need that kind of talk.catgrad97 wrote:You think RR brought Casteel with him with the security that Arizona fans would give him time no matter how bad the D was?dmjcat wrote:7 yards on first down.......and the Cats CB's are lining up 10 yards off the ball

Or why don't they scrap 3-3-5 and implemented 4-2-5 scheme. If your wishing that RR should dump Casteel and defensive staff Good luck of trying convince RR of breaking the loyalty.dmjcat wrote:I would love to see the UA dump Casteel (and most of the Defensive coaches) and go find the most promising young D coach on TCU's staff , (make him the D coordinator) and implement the 4-2-5 scheme.catgrad97 wrote:You think RR brought Casteel with him with the security that Arizona fans would give him time no matter how bad the D was?dmjcat wrote:7 yards on first down.......and the Cats CB's are lining up 10 yards off the ball

Better than an impulsive "throw under the bus for the slightest error" mentality.Merkin wrote:RR has Dick Tomey style loyalty.
