We can only hope. When Tate decided he wanted to be Peyton Manning instead of Cam Denson end of last season he decided he was more important than the team.
Tate needs to have an epiphany and decide he wants to be a Strong Safety............thats his ONLY route to the NFL

The only thing Tate should be thinking about getting rest for his foot for the rest of the season.

If I'm Kevin Doyle and I don't see the field tonight I would transfer after the game. Doyle is the only option in this game which is a blowout already.

Well if there's ever a time to leave Yates on the tarmac, it's now. Only a 4 hour drive to Boise.

Its already ugly. What baffles me is after watching our secondary for the past 3 years we can't manage recruit a single JC DB with some measure of foot speed. You would think somebody would want to get in on some easy playing time. Our DB's line up 10 yards off the ball and STILL get beat deep.

Fucking boggles my mind they're playing a WR at QB over him. This coaching staff is the peak of awful.

Agree. He should at least get a few series. Sumlin should use the rest of this game as a tryout for the QB of the future.

If that was Mazzones call he should be shot. That play called for a short curl or dragging a WR over the middle........we needed 2 freaking yards, not 35

It's gonna take years to get the talent here that we need.
That's the only thing that's going to cure our ills.

Sucks, because being patient sucks, but that's the way it is.

Even though Joiner doesn't look great, I can respect a player that is at least trying.

However, we need a QB who can make reads and throw the ball. Seems like the logical choice would be Doyle. Not sure what the coaching staff is thinking. There really is no explanation.

Perhaps the explanation is something simple: they don't want Doyle to get killed behind an offensive line that isn't good.

Though obviously I've no clue, i'm just guessing.

We've been boatraced so many times these past 5 years it's pathetic.

Not helping when you need 2 yards to get a first down with two downs to do it and you call 2 pass plays. Doh!

Sumlin is recruiting the JC circuit hard, he knows we're waaaay behind in the talent department right now and needs some grown men fast.

I hope Mazzone/Sumlin took notes there............A jumbo package is a great short yardage play.

We could have used it against USC when we were running our 5'6"" midget into the center of the line.......over and over and over and over.

yeah that playcallign was headscratching.

i'm glad to hear he's hitting JC hard. I wonder if he really knew just how bad our talent level was when he took the job.
