Seems that he thinks he is still playing against high school level players which he dominated, and now all the players are good.
Re: Game 2, vs CSUN
Stanley should learn from his frustration. Quickest way to not be frustrated = don't lose your man on defense for an easy dunk.
He will get it. He is still a high school phenom right now. Every game, he'll get a little closer to understanding how to be a college level phenom

Why isn't Sean Miller sweating? Is he not taking this game seriously?

Damn, we are playing matador style of defense.
Re: Game 2, vs CSUN
Miller is going to have a lot to say to the guys at half...

well there's a way to get Miller's attention
It's long past time to bring this back to the court, let's do it with a small update:

I'm glad CSUN doesn't have Amir Garrett tonight.

He'll learn. It is up to him how hard the lesson will be...
Re: Game 2, vs CSUN
Find a way to get the ball in Brash's hands every single possession please.

Bash makes both again! Keep it up!

Finish the half strong, please
Re: Game 2, vs CSUN
I think "schooling us" is a bit of an overstatement given the object of the game and its relation to the score...

I'm surprised the refs didn't call anything with all the banging around.
Not a bad end to the half. Plenty to correct for the second.

Drop a bounce pass to one of the bigs on the baseline when you drive like that, TJ

Kentucky fans would've killed for this first half score.

Re: Game 2, vs CSUN
Is it just me or do these refs just really, really suck? Like they want to favor whoever is out of position and out of control?

Every other team so far doesn't have the struggles with their cupcakes that we do.

5 star, seven foot, 245 pounds, like 5% body fat junior with two years and 70 games under his belt as a starter should be RIPPING it up in general and specifically against CS Northridge.

Seems like we are right on pace with the spread.

Kentucky was down at the half to Buffalo today BTW.

Agreed. He's still suffering from the same issues he's had since he was a freshman on offense. Plays small, brings the ball down, bad footwork, slow post-moves. He's a good defensive player thoughSCCat wrote:5 star, seven foot, 245 pounds, like 5% body fat junior with two years and 70 games under his belt as a starter should be RIPPING it up in general and specifically against CS Northridge.

I think they just don't care about anything except establishing what they want to let go.Longhorned wrote:Is it just me or do these refs just really, really suck? Like they want to favor whoever is out of position and out of control?
They're really just rolling with the ragged pace of this game instead of establishing any control.
Re: Game 2, vs CSUN
Loving PJC. Looks so confident and smooth. Nothing forced. Feel good when he's out there. Nice assist to Bash.

Really getting tired of that line, and the hell of it was he used to be a lot more aggressive. Let the refs get in his head and is having a really passive start to the year.
