Really great sweep at home this week. If only Georgia had done its job earlier...

First thanks to Fishclamps and Ari for the good luck mojo.
As for the game, wasn’t pretty but we didn’t fold when SC went on that little run. Showed some big balls to gut out a win down the stretch.
Great weekend. Keeps us in the running for the 1 seed.
Oh and this team goes as far as their defense takes them.

Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Wait til he gets back to his car and catches up on this thread narrative. He's gone from demigod to savior to inciter of the apocalypse in about 3 minutes.

Re: (M) Game 21, Arizona vs USC (2021-2022)
The UCLA game was at least two orders of magnitude worse for me. I couldn't watch. I checked the score 3 times as we binged on Westworld. Losing to the Mincey Trollops at McKale would have been more than I could bear at this juncture in life. My fallback was to blame it on Ari, but he's come out smelling like a savior's rose. Now we can go on to losing to someone like the Beavers.

Re: (M) Game 21, Arizona vs USC (2021-2022)
Nice to win two games that were a bit of a slog against top 25, quality teams. There are always one or two tourney games that are slogs you just have to play lock down D and score when you can. Ugly wins count the same in the W column as the 30 point blowouts.
