Unbelievable. They are playing scared. Can someone make a shot?

So you forgot the AssU game in Tucson already???

Re: (M) Game 35, Princeton vs Arizona (NCAA Tournament First Round) (2022-2023)
This team is so soft sometimes...
Re: (M) Game 35, Princeton vs Arizona (NCAA Tournament First Round) (2022-2023)
Princeton apparently has a longer attention span than the Wildcats.
Re: (M) Game 35, Princeton vs Arizona (NCAA Tournament First Round) (2022-2023)
Brainless. Can't guard simple dribble drives. And can't secure the D rebound. And taking a bunch of dumb, off rythym shots.
Re: (M) Game 35, Princeton vs Arizona (NCAA Tournament First Round) (2022-2023)
We are settling for low percentage jump shots after scoring inside
I will see you there, or I will see you on another time
Re: (M) Game 35, Princeton vs Arizona (NCAA Tournament First Round) (2022-2023)
Princeton is shooting 39%, 17% from 3 but out rebounding us 41 - 34

No more timeouts for Princeton!

I don't want to hear a fucking thing about Kerr after this one.

Why can we not stop the dribble drives?

Even if we win this, we're getting beat by Mizzoo's pressure defense
Re: (M) Game 35, Princeton vs Arizona (NCAA Tournament First Round) (2022-2023)
Sure could use Koloko. Nobody to clean up those layups.

If we play like this we will. Often times each NCAA game is it's own animal.RondaeShimmy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 16, 2023 3:06 pm Even if we win this, we're getting beat by Mizzoo's pressure defense

Down 1 with 1:30 left to play. So much for a stress free blow out

Our guards can't do anything to stop the dribble drive or score on a slower Princeton teamAZCatGirl wrote: ↑Thu Mar 16, 2023 3:10 pmZero chance.RondaeShimmy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 16, 2023 3:06 pm Even if we win this, we're getting beat by Mizzoo's pressure defense

We’re completely out of our offense!!
Dribbling, creating own shots….

Out rebounded and out blocked by Princeton. That's why we're losing.

Lloyd is a good regular season coach. But so far he has been awful in the tournament.

Re: (M) Game 35, Princeton vs Arizona (NCAA Tournament First Round) (2022-2023)
I understand it is up to players to execute a game plan. But it is the coaches responsibility to keep them on it. What the fuck was the gameplan for this game.
Every tourney game under Lloyd has been a battler. Even that 16 seed last year gave us some trouble throughout the game.

We weren't ready to play. Princeton played average basketball and was better than us today.

Waste of a season. Not suprising. This is Arizona basketball right here.

Yep, a team loss, from every coach to every player.
