I love how aggressive we are to start the game. Feels like they've been taking what happened against Princeton hard, as they should.
Need to work on our shooting though...

I have to say, the only thing Oumar seems to have improved over the off-season is his hair!!

Re: Summer Tour Game 1: Isreal Select
Versatile is what this team shows me. Along with the ability to play some good defense with the right guys in there.

Hard to gather much from the exhibition past Johnson is a lot more athletic than Tubelis ever was.
Marsukis looked really good I thought and man can we run big guys at the opposition
Hopefully the next couple of games will be against tougher competition. Thanks for putting up the link to watch 84

Based on this 1st scrimmage I know exactly how this season will play out.
I don't even need to watch any regular or post season games.
See you guys next pre-season!

Re: Summer Tour Game 1: Isreal Select
Lloyd experimented with his lineup as he said he would, though he did not have the services of freshman guard KJ Lewis or sophomore forward Henri Veesaar. Lewis has an ankle sprain and foot strain in his right foot and was held out for precautionary reasons, according to UA trainer Justin Kokoskie, while Veesaar was out with flu-like symptoms.
Lewis went through pregame warmups and is on track to play Thursday in the next exhibition game of UA’s tour, likely against a collection of United Arab Emirates players in Abu Dhabi.
The Wildcats are scheduled to finish their tour Saturday with an exhibition game against the Lebanon national team in Abu Dhabi.

Re: Summer Tour Game 1: Isreal Select
The athleticism and size stood out. The defense looked good most of the game and we didn't have many turnovers. The bigs dominated the glass and gave us a ton of second chance opportunities. It was awesome being able to watch live, practice or not.

Re: Summer Tour Game 1: Isreal Select
In re-watching the game my favorite play was at the beginning of the 4th quarter: Bam Bam brings the the ball up from the baseline and fires a pass under the basket for a layup ...... never touching the ball with his right hand.
