At this point I think you have to shake up the starting lineup. I don’t care what KenPom says. Our offense and defense has looked liked garbage against Stanford and WSU. We are regressing! Teams are also turning Ballo into a pretty big liability. Every foul placed on him is a great play. If the refs don’t call a foul it’s an even better play.

I agree. He doesn’t have freakish length, like the NBA looks for today nor is he a superior athlete. I like him a lot, but he’s a 4 year player.

I don't feel the need to dump on any player on the team.

This was a good test of very physical play - few games will have as physical a half as yesterday's, especially the first half.

IMNSHO, Chinyelu's block/steal of Johnson's dunk attempt was one of the most amazing defensive plays I've ever seen, especially in CBB! WOW!!!

Where Boswell struggled, Lewis seems more suited to the physicality.

And, I believe that nothing whatsoever has changed in my assessment of this team, and its prospects. A very high level, very skilled and deep team, that, like every other team in the country, has vulnerabilities... I really have yet to see any team that should be confident of a six-game winning streak in the tourney - many optimistic, sure, but not one that should be "the favorite".

BTW, our '97 championship team, much moreso than this team, was fully capable to beating or losing to ANYONE (as they almost did twice to lesser opponents in that tourney). And, BTW, they beat KU, which was as much of a "lock" for the NC as just about any team since the mid-'80's
