Zo is lost tonight. Just had a total mismatch on D, should have killed him off the drive, but this game has him freaked, passes up and leads to Kadeem drive redirected into a run and early offense foul.. Damn...someone has to tell Zo to just kill, DGAF about groans and teammate grumbling if that is the case

Lauri seems so frustrated out there, and you can see he has lost his confidence. I hope it is just a Freshman wall. It's a pretty bad funk.

Trier with 0 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists, 3 TOs, so 0 RAP?

Effort there with LM, but a hot bag of shit on the roll or touch. It is super physical out there tonight, think players are limping to finish

Wasn't expecting this.

Worst possession in the history of Arizona basketball

Rooks is glad you forgot about his inbound pass.Frybry02 wrote:Worst possession in the history of Arizona basketball

Arizona has not had any flow for an extended time since UCLA. They haven't played good basketball for over a month. It's starting to become a concern. They are young and have time to get past this. Still...I don't see a sign that they are trending upward, actually they seem to be regressing.

Trier's first point: 17 seconds left in the game

Trier on the scoreboard. Finally.
Re: Game 26, vs. California (2016-2017)
I continue to wonder about the Trier effect
Re: Game 26, vs. California (2016-2017)
Questionable, but 12-1, and i am not yet so spoiled to start looking for style points in near conference perfection this late. But 4 more weeks to shake this tree and get results

I agree. Pretty incredible they are 5-1 during that stretchCatintheheat wrote:Arizona has not had any flow for an extended time since UCLA. They haven't played good basketball for over a month. Credit to Lauri and team defense for taking Rabb out of the game.
Outrebounded Cal by 7. That's no small thing.
Cal is good, big, and tough. They were tied with UCLA going into this game. They shot really well from behind the arc. That was a good win.

Pretty bad offensive game for the team considering it was a win. Watching the players walking out, looks like they lost.

Re: Game 26, vs. California (2016-2017)
Rebounding is something good that can be taken away from the game. And the play of Simmons, Comanche, and Ristic. What I saw was they are not playing as a well oiled machine. Missed help defense, bad passes caused by not knowing where their teammates were on the floor. How many times did I see Lauri have a wide open 3 and pass it up trying to drive into traffic in the lane? He should be taking the open 3s. This team is having a hard time working together.
