I like the freshmen. Won't play a lot outside of Trier, but like what I saw.

New guy Anderson doing as well as advertised.

I liked what I saw of Simon. I'm surprised he didn't play more. Tollefson was a bit sloppy but Anderson was everything advertised. I was a bit surprised at Ristic not standing out more. Zeus was typical and hit a couple of face up jumpers but still doesn't seem to have a back to the basket game. York is a very good presence on the floor and his mid-range game seems a lot smoother. I believe that Trier will be a very important part of the team. Allen and PJC seem about equal, both bringing different things. PJC was kinda impressive towards the end going full tilt down the floor. Figure the team was choppy due to the quick replacements of every player while Miller sees different combos. No Zeus/Ristic frontcourt. A bunch of zone at the end!!

Arizona's outside shooting is very much an issue and we should expect to be zoned a lot. I like what I saw but hard to tell against this opponent although I saw that they are the top-ranked Div 2 team and have some skilled guys. That may mean that the Cats played better than we think
