He used to get the better of Few and Altman. I throw last season away. But the season before that was a real stinker against those coaches (Although we didn't play Gonzaga in 2018 I think).CalStateTempe wrote:Yup and few and Altman are better coaches with better programsWildcatStunner wrote:Signature Sean Miller.

This ending might salvage some of the humiliation that was looming...

Profoundly disappointing.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

Miller has lost more big games than he’s won at this point.

Because those coaches have adapt to the game and adapted to their system to the increasingly improved quality of players to form to their programs. Few is the epitome of this.WildcatStunner wrote:He used to get the better of Few and Altman. I throw last season away. Frustrating that it seemed like there were two minutes before the little run at the end that seemed pretty lax, should come out with our hair on fire with 90 more sec on the clock.
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Yup. UConn 2011, Ohio State 2013, the Wisconsin elite 8s, Xavier in the sweet 16, those UCLA losses in the regular season and in the PAC 12 tournament in like 2011-2015, the Bahamas tournament, this game tonight. Lots of good wins but even more big time choking.Beachcat97 wrote:Miller has lost more big games than he’s won at this point.

Missed it by 1 lousy point. Obviously I'm disappointed.Captain Obvious wrote:It's obvious; the team who wins in rebounds wins the game. In game coaching is huge and Few is a better adjustment/in game coach. I think we play the Zags tough but come up short about like Washington did last weekend. 84-79 Zags sounds about right. I hope I'm wrong but my gut tells me otherwise.
