OK, Australia ESPN program guide says our game is on ESPN 2, but they are showing Gonzaga - St. Mary's instead. Go Gaels!!!!!

Our game is on ESPN3 though so its not all bad.

Two surprises:

1) With Rabb on the bench, Cal can't guard Arizona in the paint.
2) In spite of this, Arizona isn't trying to get to the rim.

OK, I know this is a bit from out of left field but...

Ya know who Kobi Simmons reminds me of?

Al Fleming.

Cocksuckers took our two best players out of the game for a whole half and Cal is fortunate to not be down more

Well I'll take a 9 point lead considering Trier and Markkanen haven't scored.

That entire half was imaginary. Rabb, Markkanen, and Trier on the bench. Ridiculous desperation 3's going in.

The second half will be nothing like that.

Oh, '76s won. TJ had a double double (11 points, 10 assists, 4 boards, 2 steals. one TO).

God these refs are retarded. That shoulda been two shot. And Pasch, when you gather and start the motion or action that precedes a field goal attemp, its a shooting foul. Your arms dont have to be making a shooting motion. Christ

I've nothing against Walton as a person or his shtick in general, but he's a complete fucking distraction. Really tired of him challenging Pasch's every word when he's trying to call the game with some semblance of reality.

WTF? You mean they have scheduled CAL v AZ but they are showing a REPLAY of the Zags game?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

They did have the Zags game on the schedule BEFORE the AZ game, now that I look at it more carefully, what happened there?

Shit, any lawyers out there think I got grounds for a lawsuit? Grumble, grumble, grumble.

Reminds me of the time that they scheduled the Az/ASU football game one year, printing it in their magazine 2 months before the game, I took a day off from work, and they showed effing arm-wrestling instead! FACT.

Bloody selfish McConnell. What's a guard doing getting rebounds, he should leave those for the taller teammates. He's just padding his stats that's all; must be in tryout mode for a Euro-league gig.

This is just a game Arizona has to survive. The annoying thing is that the referees set the heavy, halting tone of the game that favors Cal.

But think about how much we learned. Bill Russell and Steve Nash are the same person, separated by 40 years.
