Boswell is still passing at a HS level…

This extra PT due to Kerr’s fouls will be good for learning!!

Re: (M) Game 1, Nicholls at Arizona (2022-2023)
Played really sloppy for long stretches and we’re still up 20+ and on our way to scoring 100+.
I’d chalk that up to the level of competition but Nicholls doesn’t look like a pushover. Short, but not untalented.

Nicholls winning the game if you remove the UA 30-4 start.

Re: (M) Game 1, Nicholls at Arizona (2022-2023)
As much as Zu wore out end of last season, I would rest him almost all the 2nd half. Already played 18 out of the 20.
Re: (M) Game 1, Nicholls at Arizona (2022-2023)
They’re trying to play Houston-style D - just lack size and strength accross the board. But their 9 steals should concern us - therefore CTL’s loud TO!!CardiacCats97 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 07, 2022 8:33 pm Played really sloppy for long stretches and we’re still up 20+ and on our way to scoring 100+.

If he needed that, it would be damaging for his NBA prospects. Let him play!!!

Is Zu working on going to his right?
Otherwise I agree he should maybe play 14 min

The coaches were supposed to work over the summer work with him on it. But not enough hours I guess.

Split the difference - let him play…
… on the right wing/forward!

When was the last time we scored over 100?

Nice lob from Bam Bam. Next play defense turns their back on him in transition and he nails a 25 footer.

Well my memory sure has gone to crap.

30 assists on 38 made buckets. That's an amazing stat. Doesn't matter the competition, hard to find too many teams that assist on nearly 80% of their made shots!

He likes Arizona because of Luke but he is a UCLA alumnus.

Actually, even though he went to ucla, Bill has been extremely laudatory towards Lute, Miller and the AZ program over the years. Bill knows which program has been top dog in the west most often the last few decades.RichardCranium wrote: ↑Mon Nov 07, 2022 9:54 pmHe likes Arizona because of Luke but he is a UCLA alumnus.

I bet we'll have all the Bill we can handle once UCLA leaves the conference.

17 players made it into the box score, and only 4 didn't score.

Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.
