Meaning - If it was a flop, the shot shouldn’t have counted because the flop was before the shooter had possession.

We should be up by 1 not down 1.

A flop can't stop the play. It's called after the play is over

The flop call is often made as a delayed call… Totally appropriate

If this was WSU which can hit a bunch of 3's we would still be down by 10. Guys better learn that you got to bring it from the start. USC needed it in the first half and UCLA had 5 fg's in the second half. Teams like Washington, WSU, Utah, ASU have nothing to loose and just fling it up and crash the boards.
