Good win. Survive and advance, love that tourney attitude
Re: Game 5, at Maui Invitational, vs Kansas St.
That was way too close for my thin blood.
Believe it or not but we were 71.4% on the freebies for the game.

Yeah, in a three games in three day situation, that's the best you can do.dcZONAfan wrote:Good win. Survive and advance, love that tourney attitude

Sagarin had it as a 5 point game so I wasn't surprised. Foster is tough.

This so much. Why compliment us when you can criticize how we should've won by more?dcZONAfan wrote:tell greenburg and williams to STFU

That's a pretty good KSU team.
Could be a nice win come March.

Re: Game 5, at Maui Invitational, vs Kansas St.
UA is not playing at a high level. Give KSU some credit though, they are a good physical team. The Cats are a top 10 team but not as high as they are ranked right now. Although Miller will have them ready by March.

That's why I never listen to ESPN. We just don't fit into their narrative.
Re: Game 5, at Maui Invitational, vs Kansas St.
At least Jay thought we were a top 5 team. More than I can say about Seth.

Re: Game 5, at Maui Invitational, vs Kansas St.
Got tired of yelling at the refs
Re: Game 5, at Maui Invitational, vs Kansas St.
Our team plays pretty fuckin good defense. Hands usually up and in-position with lower body, very aggressive. I like it. And yet the refs always call fouls when the offensive player initiates contact for the most part. Like they have to call something.
Re: Game 5, at Maui Invitational, vs Kansas St.
I'm no fan of how our games have been officiated so far this season either, but CatintheHeat nailed it: Arizona's level of play kept KSU close more than any ref's call.
The team will be ready in March, but I think either Gonzaga or UNLV end the non-con win streak. If the Cats are back to dominantly massive, the other teams haven't gotten that email.

Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

Been working and haven't been watching the SDSU game. Add them to the short list, then.
